Seer is a remote‑first agency and a Certified B‑Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US‑based hours.
The RoleYou, the Sr. SEO Account Manager of our dreams, are a natural‑born consultant and will spend your days creating digital marketing strategies that tie into clients’ overall marketing plans. You are passionately engaged with the ever‑evolving digital marketing landscape, and have a finger on the changes that can help drive client success. You’re intellectually curious, not afraid to think big and build innovative client strategies—and you have an affinity for anticipating client needs before they even have to ask, too.
RoleHighlights
- Work closely with a handful of clients, researching far beyond the SEO landscape to understand their specific challenges and execute annual strategies designed to solve a problem for a very specific audience.
- Act as the main POC for your clients, focusing on building relationships and trust as the core of Seer’s business.
- Help clients drive organic traffic and ROI by developing innovative assets after conducting in‑depth content gap analyses, competitive & audience analysis, keyword research, and SERP landscape analysis.
- Present data & results digestibly and share campaign success on a monthly and quarterly basis using analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Adobe.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with PPC, Analytics, Content, and Design to stitch insights and automations together, pushing beyond siloed SEO.
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies, test, refine, and share AI‑driven workflows that integrate SEO, analytics, and content to solve client problems.
- Document and share workflows across the team, creating templates and playbooks that make others more effective and experiment aggressively; iterate until a new way forward is found.
- Experience building and driving SEO strategy across multiple industries; tie outcomes to campaign goals and measure impact.
- Confident use of analytics for data‑driven decisions; deep understanding of content strategy; ability to connect with influencers and suggest social media and other channels.
- Comfortable interfacing with clients and C‑Level executives; strong critical and strategic thinking.
- Solid project management skills, comfortable building multi‑tool workflows (Zapier, API integrations, or equivalents) and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to measure strategy effectiveness (rankings, traffic, conversions) and make data‑based decisions.
- Passionate about staying on the cutting edge of AI, adopting new features, stress‑testing them, and sharing learnings with the team.
