Must have requirements:

• 5+ years experience as Database Engineer, SQL Developer, Database Developer
• Experience using PLSQL and Oracle
• Designing and developing database solutions: analyze business requirements, design database layouts, write complex PLSQL code
• Experience in gathering requirements and working with business executives and stakeholders
• Integration or Middleware experience (familiar with Rest APIs through integration)

Plusses (NOT required):

• Oracle Integration Cloud (in OIC right now, but potential move)
• Oracle EPM Experience (cloud version of oracle fusion)

Day to Day

Insight Global is seeking a PL/SQL developer who analyzes, designs, develops, maintains, and improves business processes and software applications to meet user needs. They exhibit advanced technical skills to develop and implement applications within specified time frames, using appropriate tools. They utilize independent judgment to create technical solutions, interpret business requirements, and provide ongoing support and mentoring. They test and debug complex application systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards, documenting procedures and ensuring proper handoff to the testing team.

They will lead moderate to complex projects, often directing team members and collaborating with external technology vendors, prioritizing tasks according to organizational needs and timelines.
