Overview
Veriforce-Alcumus is seeking a customer-obsessed, externally facing Product Manager, Voice of the Customer (VoC) for the US market. This strategic role connects US customers, commercial leaders, and the global product organization to ensure US needs, challenges, and feedback are captured and represented in the product strategy.

What you’ll do- Design and implement scalable VoC programs tailored to the US market, including digital surveys, focus groups, customer advisory boards, and product feedback sessions.
- Build repeatable processes for gathering and synthesizing feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders across segments.
- Own the customer advocate role in product planning; ensure customer needs drive roadmap priorities.
- Partner with product leaders to inform investment decisions, backlog prioritization, and feature scoping.
- Influence roadmap and GTM strategy by illustrating what US customers need, how they use it, and the value they gain.
- Use product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to analyze engagement and correlate usage with customer sentiment to identify opportunities and friction points.
- Drive alignment between regional insights and global product direction; maintain ongoing information-sharing with field and product teams.
- Collaborate with Product Ops, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to bring US market voice to life in solutions.
- US Regional GTM and Customer Success Teams – gather structured feedback across the customer lifecycle and build trusted relationships to feed into product thinking.
- Global Product Leaders and Segment Product Managers – provide market-facing insights and validate assumptions to ensure US representation in strategic planning.
First 12–18 Months
- VoC framework established and formal program launched in the US.
- US-based customer advisory boards or feedback groups created and aligned to key customer types and segments.
- Product usage analytics deployed (e.g., Pendo) and insights dashboards created.
- Regular US market insight reports to influence roadmap planning.
- Strong interlocks with regional and global teams established.
- Demonstrated influence on product strategy—3 examples in year one where VoC input impacted roadmap or features.
- VoC metrics defined and baselined to measure impact.
- Market and customer intelligence resources created (repositories, dashboards, templates, training).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, customer research, or customer success in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience operationalizing VoC programs and influencing product teams.
- Experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to extract and communicate insights.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills; proven cross-functional collaboration.
- Understanding of the US compliance, risk, or B2B enterprise market is preferred.
- Curiosity, systems thinking, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
