Internship Opportunity At Zeiss Startup Initiative

We are looking for a curious, hands-on intern for 6 months to support the development of a ZEISS startup initiative with a strong focus on AI. It's not just about using a few AI tools, but designing ways of working where AI increasingly takes over parts of day to day execution.

What you'll work on:

• Supporting the setup and development of a ZEISS internal startup approach
• Contributing ideas on how to define guardrails for "Startup @ ZEISS"
• Supporting the design of an AI first Operating Model
• Bringing in fresh perspectives, challenging existing approaches, and actively shaping new structures
