In the context of the planned spin-off of the ZEISS Hunting & Nature business unit, a new, independent company is being created. Recruitment is being handled by ZEISS. Employment will be with the currently being founded independent company (YALYRA).
Your RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for the support and development of several agile, international development teams and ensure the efficient and value-adding application of Scrum:
Support and coaching of several agile, international development teams in the areas of software, firmware, and digital development.
Planning, moderation, and continuous improvement of all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, Backlog Refinement).
Promotion of self-organization, personal responsibility, and a capable, trusting team culture.
Identification and removal of organizational, technical, and cultural obstacles (impediments).
Support of Product Owners and development teams in the application of agile methods and principles.
Close cooperation with R&D management, product management, project management, and other stakeholders.
Development of agile processes, methods, and tools in the organization.
Active promotion of a company-wide Agile mindset culture.
Successfully completed degree in computer science, business information systems, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, or equivalent).
Extensive practical experience as a Scrum Master in a complex software or technology environment.
Experience in accompanying interdisciplinary and international development teams.
Very good understanding of agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Practical experience in the use of Azure Dev Ops.
Excellent communication, moderation, and coaching skills.
High initiative, persuasiveness, and solution orientation.
Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing.
