IT​/Tech Tester, Systems Analyst

QA Tester (Contract) in US

As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing software and identifying any defects or issues to ensure a high-quality product. This is a contract position based in the US with a salary of 1500$. We welcome all candidates with experience in software testing, regardless of gender. Your main duties will include creating and executing test cases, documenting and reporting bugs, and working closely with the development team to resolve any issues.

• Create and execute test cases based on software requirements
• Identify, document, and report any defects or issues found during testing
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Conduct regression testing to ensure fixes have been implemented successfully
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential risks or areas for improvement
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for quality assurance

• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in a contract role
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium or Appium
• ISTQB certification is a plus
