MUST HAVE IT knowledge. Must be able to use a computer and any work apps. Install and upgrade ISP services. Provide IT support, which includes installation and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and related applications. Provide customer support to a variety of end users, answer questions, diagnose and rectify problems, and provide customization as required.
