We are looking for a Full-Time Licensed Insurance Producer to join our award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves helping people, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a supportive environment with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal lines insurance, including home, auto, and renters
• Educate customers on coverage options and recommend tailored protection plans
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and agency marketing
• Build strong relationships with local realtors, mortgage lenders, and business partners
• Deliver top-tier service with compassion, integrity, and follow-through

• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain ASAP)
• Prior sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM/quoting systems
