Pro Vest is one of the largest legal support services firms in the U.S., specializing in the service of process for some of the most prestigious law firms and financial institutions. We handle thousands of legal documents each year, including foreclosures, collections, litigation, and civil complaints.

We’re currently seeking independent contractors to join our growing network.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.

• Licensed Private Investigators
• Experienced Process Servers who have current judge signed court appointments (required)
• Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals

• Make diligent service attempts:
• Up to 4 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via Fed Ex or email)
• Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
• Utilize Pro Vest's mobile applications to:
  • Upload photo evidence of addresses
  • Submit detailed attempt notes
  • Record service or non-service outcomes

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Active auto insurance
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
