About The Role

Follows Director of Purchasing assignments for checking in product deliveries, as well as assisting in storing and organizing all products. Delivers stock to each designated location. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Help keep assigned areas clean and organized.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be eligible for a Gaming Badge through the Chickasaw Gaming Commission.
• Reports directly to the Director of Purchasing.
• Assist in checking and receiving orders by truck, storing, and organizing product deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse, dock areas, and trash areas.
• Assist in keeping all storage areas clean and well organized.
• Inspect work areas for deficiencies and take appropriate and corrective action.
• Assist with moving any equipment as required by management.
• Report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time.
• Maintain professional working relationships with vendors and truck drivers.
• Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Perform all assigned side work.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by management from time to time.

• Ability to work nontraditional hours including working nights, weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends.

• Able to move fast and act on assigned duties.
• Ability to occasionally lift, push carts, carry, and put away parcels weighing up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods of time.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well‑groomed appearance standard.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
