Custodial Maintenance Technician II

KAMO Power is seeking a Custodial Maintenance Technician II to join our team in Vinita, OK. This position is responsible for ensuring KAMO’s headquarters and Vinita service center facilities are clean, sanitary, and well maintained while supporting daily operations.

• Clean and maintain offices, departments, meeting rooms, lobby, warehouse bays, and fitness center
• Clean walls, doors, floors, windows, carpets, and office furniture per assigned schedules
• Maintain kitchens, including sinks, appliances, countertops, and on-tap beverage machines
• Clean, sanitize, and polish restroom fixtures; perform minor plumbing maintenance as needed
• Sanitize fitness center areas and perform towel laundry duties
• Remove and properly dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental standards
• Maintain janitorial, kitchen, and supply storage areas; track and request supplies
• Perform minor building maintenance such as changing light bulbs and spot-cleaning carpets
• Set up tables and chairs for meetings and events as required

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in custodial or facilities maintenance preferred
• General knowledge of custodial practices and routine building maintenance
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license required
