CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical

Our client, a leader in critical infrastructure support, is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer – Mechanical to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach that will align successfully within the organization.

Contract:

6‑18 months |

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, normal business hours.

• Support cooling operations in a data center environment by maintaining HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Install, operate, and troubleshoot air‑cooled and water‑cooled chillers to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance monitoring to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with HVAC and facilities teams to develop integrated cooling strategies.
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

• Experience with industrial chiller systems and HVAC equipment.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and control systems.
• HVAC certifications are preferred.
• OSHA 10 or NFPA 70E certifications required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
