Customer Print Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the printing and equipment services industry, is seeking a Customer Print Technician to join their team. As a Customer Print Technician, you will be part of the service support department supporting client accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Print Technician

Location: Coal Valley, IL

• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction following established procedures
• Perform installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment
• Acquire job skills and become familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routing assignments/tasks
• Work on routine assignments that require limited judgment and minimal problem resolution
• Allocate your time efficiently as directed by your supervisor

• Basic understanding of general and technical aspects of the job
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work on routine tasks
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Self-motivated with good time management skills
