Facility Maintenance Manager

Anticipated Range: $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience

In this highly visible role, you'll combine hands-on technical work with facility leadership responsibilities. You'll oversee all maintenance-related activities, including:

• Managing and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting a small ammonia refrigeration system.
• Supporting a fleet of material handling equipment (MHE) and general facility systems.
• Managing the CMMS (X5), maintenance planning, scheduling, documentation, and work orders.
• Leading Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental health and safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Partnering with site leadership on budgeting, energy management, and facility improvement projects.
• Identifying and driving capital improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.

• True ownership:
  You'll be the primary maintenance expert on-site with the authority to influence maintenance strategy and facility performance.

  This position offers a blend of hands-on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, project management, and compliance oversight.

The ideal candidate is a high-integrity maintenance professional with strong refrigeration experience, particularly with ammonia systems. Success in this role requires someone who can comfortably transition between wrench-turning maintenance work, administrative responsibilities, and regulatory compliance management. Candidates with experience in:

• Ammonia refrigeration systems
• PSM and regulatory compliance
• CMMS administration and maintenance planning
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Facility maintenance leadership in industrial, warehouse, or cold-storage environments will be especially well positioned for success.
