Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Blackwell, OK. The ideal candidate will have experience as an LTC (Long-Term Care) Housekeeper and be committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces in accordance with LTC standards.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with health and safety regulations.
• Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and clothing.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage.
• Assist with setting up rooms for new residents or special events as needed.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and support staff to provide a comfortable environment for residents.

• Previous experience as an LTC Housekeeper or in a similar role within a long-term care facility.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper sanitation techniques, and infection control standards.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
