Summer Camp Program Director

The Flint Valley Program Director will lead the organization’s mission to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and equip believers for ministry through dynamic programming.

As Program Director you will:

• Drive forward the mission of the organization through comprehensive program strategy.
• Oversee a talented team of Program Managers, guiding them in execution and professional development.
• Collaborate with the Flint Valley Leadership Team to shape the future direction and culture of New Life Ranch – Flint Valley.
• Ensure program outcomes foster life transformation and cultivate Christlike leaders.

• Confidently manage and coach direct reports in their work and professional/faith development.
• Take initiative and plan strategically with a 3‑5 year perspective.
• Exhibit Christlike character and professionalism in all interactions, maintaining consistent, timely communication both internally and externally.
• Be open to feedback from leadership, colleagues, parents, groups, summer staff, and key stakeholders.
• Engage in necessary conflict, handling it gracefully, directly, and in a timely manner, seeking to understand first.
• Communicate clearly with collaborators and supervises.
