General Purpose
- Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel (RN, LPN, CMA, CNA)
- Guide staffing procedures to ensure adequate nursing coverage is maintained according to state and federal guidelines
- Work with Admissions Director to organize and coordinate admissions
- Enforce policies and procedures aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
- Control budget and monitor expenditures
- Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
- Manage record-keeping procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- May have to work the floor for call ins
- Works 1 on call week per month
