To support our development in services for our industrial clients, we are looking for a Site Manager for our Alby sur chéran (74) agency.

Reporting to our project manager, you will supervise industrial maintenance, transfer, and new construction projects.

More specifically, your main duties include:

• Ensuring client satisfaction while respecting deadlines, quality, and safety
• Performing electromechanical operations on all types of equipment
• Supervising a team of 5 to 10 site technicians
• Preparing and organizing your projects
• Creating work orders and following workload schedules
• Coordinating safety with your team and being the main point of contact for the client
• Performing site acceptance with the client according to the projects and your skills
• Reporting all information from the site to your project manager

Your background:
With a technical background in electromechanical, you must have at least 7 years of experience in managing industrial projects and leading a team.

Your strengths:
You hold your electrical certifications, CACES forklift category 3, 3b nacelle, overhead crane, and high-altitude work.

As a true technical reference, you are a force of proposal in finding solutions. You have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate adaptability, versatility, and a strong focus on safety.
