Campus President

The Campus President serves as the senior leader of the campus and is responsible for driving operational excellence, student success, employee engagement, and business performance. This role provides strategic leadership and oversight for all campus functions, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Education, Student Services, Career Services, Registrar, and Business Operations.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-oriented leader who is passionate about higher education, team development, and creating an exceptional student experience. The Campus President works closely with campus and corporate leadership to achieve enrollment, retention, placement, compliance, and financial goals while fostering a positive and supportive campus culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction for all campus operations and departments.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing faculty and staff.
  • Foster a culture focused on student success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor campus performance, including enrollment, retention, graduation, placement, and financial outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all accrediting, state, federal, and institutional requirements.
  • Partner with department leaders to establish goals, improve processes, and drive results.
  • Support student engagement through visibility, accessibility, and active participation in campus activities.
  • Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrollment growth and community outreach efforts.
  • Oversee campus budgets and financial performance to ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Analyze data and reporting metrics to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
  • Serve as the primary campus representative with students, employees, corporate leadership, and community partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's degree preferred.
  • Leadership experience in higher education, career education, workforce development, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, managing operations, and achieving organizational goals.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment with compliance and accreditation standards preferred.
  • Ability to lead through change while maintaining a positive and student-centered culture.
