Branch Manager – Tishomingo, OK Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing audits, as it relates to federal, state, and bank policies, procedures and regulations including all cash audits, quarterly negotiable audits and maintaining branch audit books. Must adhere and practice strong internal control procedures at all times while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage the daily routine and customer service level of the branch personnel. Extraordinary customer service will be required of each employee at all times.
- Conduct regular sales and operations meetings.
- Brief employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Obtain and track sales goals for the entire branch, including monthly score card performance reviews with each employee.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence in the work environment.
- Manage budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives.
- Interact with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
- Resolve customer problems as needed.
- Perform branch personnel duties as needed.
- Adhere to high ethical and professional standards.
- Assist with other job related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
- Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.

Requirements- Banking experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and bank policy, procedure and regulations.
- Management or Loan Officer experience.
- Ability to meet sales goals.
- Leadership skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing.
- Must become proficient in opening new accounts, servicing accounts, and working in a teller position.
- Basic computer skills, advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to interact with other offices and departments for accurate resolutions to problems/errors.
- Able to work additional hours when crucial to the branch environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field or the equivalent work experience.
