Manage front-end store operations including opening registers, breaks and lunches, and closing procedures;
Supervise service desk and financial services procedures including tills, refunds, and selling financial services products;
Maintain shelf signage, tags, and pricing integrity; ensure sign accuracy;
Coach and develop staff to deliver superior customer service;
