Supervise the store operations and closing shift activities, including department readiness, inventory handling, and compliance with policies.;
Oversee front-end operations, cashiering, and daily schedule adherence for closing shifts.;
Ensure food safety standards in Fresh Food Preparation & Production and maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment.;
Coach and mentor store associates, resolve conflicts, and communicate priorities clearly.;
Maintain customer service excellence and uphold Harps’ SMILE Program guidelines.
