Dairy Plant Production Supervisor
Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Plant in Tuttle, Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Dairy Plant Production Supervisor. We are a 57‑year‑old company dedicated to quality products and service, and we are looking for the best of the best to join our team.
The Production Supervisor ensures that the highest quality products are produced by monitoring all aspects of manufacturing for products such as ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, fluid milk, and butter. The role requires production supervisory experience in a high‑volume dairy manufacturing facility, a deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, HAACP/HARPC, and Food Safety Programs, and in‑depth knowledge of industrial production processes in a ready‑to‑eat dairy plant.
Key responsibilities include inspiring a workforce of up to 40 employees, leading through strong leadership, vision, and passion, developing and maintaining standard operating procedures throughout the plant, and planning, organizing, and providing leadership necessary for achieving production goals.
ScheduleSchedule:
4 days on/2 days off rotation.
Working hours:
30 PM to midnight.
Annual salary: $80,000–$100,000, based on experience.
