About the Role

System One is partnering with our client and seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join their team in Catoosa, Oklahoma. This vital role supports the planning, execution, and successful delivery of manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, and budgets. If you excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project documentation, and fostering clear communication, this opportunity offers a dynamic environment for your career growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocations, and milestones. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams to synchronize efforts and ensure project alignment. Monitor project progress, proactively addressing delays or issues to keep projects on track.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Regularly update stakeholders with clear, concise status reports and performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Communication &

    Collaboration:

    Serve as a central liaison among departments and external vendors. Facilitate meetings, prepare detailed agendas, and document action items. Address issues promptly and elevate risks to project leadership to mitigate delays.
  • Resource & Budget Oversight: Assist in tracking project expenses, managing budgets, and coordinating procurement of required materials and services. Ensure resources are utilized efficiently to maximize project success.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all projects comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. Support quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Physical & Work Environment

This role requires frequent standing, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Work is performed primarily onsite, in a manufacturing environment designed with safety and quality in mind. Reasonable accommodations can be provided to support employees with disabilities.
