Quality Assurance Technician – 2nd Shift – Muldrow, OK

Location:

Muldrow, OK (2nd Shift: 5:45 P – End of Production). Pay: $15.00 per hour. GED/HS Diploma required.

Bachoco USA is one of the world’s largest producers of poultry and other proteins. We offer a wide portfolio of products and integrated operations, including farms, hatcheries, feed mills, and processing plants.

This position verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct, and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility.

• Record all applicable information as directed.
• Identify and isolate questionable product.
• Assure daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their area.
• Monitor and document HACCP, GMP and SSOP regulations in their area.
• Verify all documentation in each area complies with regulations before pre‑shipment verifications.
• Ensure each pallet of product processed is pre‑shipment verified prior to leaving the floor.
• Collect finished product samples for the laboratory.
• Ensure products processed meet all in‑plant food‑safety requirements.

• $2.72 per hour weekly attendance incentive
• $1 per hour night shift premium
