Pay: $15-17/hr, DOE

Blue Worx is hiring dependable Production Workers to support packaging and production operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are hands‑on, reliable, and interested in building long‑term skills in manufacturing.

Production Workers play a key role in operating packaging equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting overall plant operations.

This position focuses on operating bagging and sealing equipment while supporting production workflow, maintaining product quality standards, and assisting with general production and warehouse tasks as needed.

• Set up and operate bagging and sealing equipment
• Monitor machine performance to maintain production output
• Follow safety and operational procedures for all equipment

• Observe product flow and machine operation during production
• Identify jams, material issues, or equipment problems
• Troubleshoot basic issues and elevate when necessary

• Inspect packaging for correct weight, seal quality, and labeling
• Report inconsistencies to supervisors or leads
• Ensure adherence to internal SOPs and quality standards

• Maintain production logs and quality documentation
• Assist with inventory tracking and counts when needed

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining production areas
• Support cross‑training opportunities and team activities
• Participate in team meetings and process improvements

• Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Report hazards or incidents immediately
• Maintain clean and organized work areas to support safe operations

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment
• Reliable attendance and transportation required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities

• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for 8–10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in non‑climate‑controlled environments
• Ability to work around dust, noise, and temperature changes
• Must wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes
