SUMMARY
Responsibilities include:
conduct safety and forklift training and continually improve classroom orientation programs; ensure all new Team Member documentation is completed in a timely manner and submitted to their file; conduct annual training for plant employees and on‑the‑job training for employees.
Other duties include: assess the need for interpreters in various departments for communications clarity and coordinate the assistance of the interpreter; assist in acclimating new Team Members in and around the confines of the facility and with the qualification process; other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS- Experience – Knowledge and understanding of the work performed in the area of responsibility preferred. Previous training or production experience preferred.
- Computer Skills – Standard computer skills:
Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Communication Skills – Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Special Skills – Must be comfortable presenting material to large groups; strong organizational skills.
- Education – High school graduate or equivalent required.
