Seasonal Truck Facility Laborer

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is looking for seasonal general laborers to support our grain loading and unloading operations. The role may lead to full‑time employment.

• Participate in the company Safety Program and attend daily pre‑shift meetings.
• Perform all duties in compliance with OSHA, company safety, and environmental regulations, wearing the appropriate PPE.
• Transfer, load, and move grain to the designated locations.
• Maintain grain quality during storage and transfer.
• Assist with the weighing of trucks and grading of grain where applicable.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and legibly.
• Conduct general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, washing, and painting.
• Operate, run, monitor, and shut down dryers as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment where applicable.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No prior experience required; 1 year of industrial work experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with an ability to interact at all levels.
• Ability to complete documentation, follow directions, interpret instructions, and troubleshoot problems.
• Strong teamwork and independent working abilities.
• Proficiency with tools appropriate to assigned tasks.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service internally and externally.

• Continuous balance, bending, stooping, twisting, crouching, crawling, kneeling, and squatting.
• Frequent stair and ladder climbing, working at significant heights.
• Concentration on tasks without distraction.
• Recognition of grain grading characteristics when applicable.
• Data entry on a computer.
• Reachability and lifting/pushing/pulling of up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Use of PPE and compliance with PFT and fit testing where required.
• Pass FRA and DOT tests where applicable.
• Work in confined spaces, on barges, railcars, and in extreme weather conditions.
• Extended hours, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts may be required.

Hourly pay range: $14.00–$22.00. Actual pay may vary based on location and experience.
