Robotics Operation Operator

Job Summary

The Agricultural Gate Robotic Welding Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring robotic welding equipment used in the fabrication of agricultural gates and related metal products. This role ensures quality welds, maintains production efficiency, and supports overall shop operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding machines for agricultural gate production
• Load and position gate components into jigs and fixtures
• Inspect welds for quality, consistency, and structural integrity
• Make minor program adjustments as needed to maintain weld quality
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of robotic welding equipment
• Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or welding issues
• Assist with material handling and staging of completed products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Perform general labor tasks as assigned

• Previous experience operating robotic welding equipment preferred
• Welding knowledge (MIG experience preferred)
• Ability to read tape measures and follow production specifications
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in a manufacturing shop environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting
• Work environment is not climate controlled

Full‑time position. Saturdays may be required as needed based on production demands.
