Position: Operator (C)
Location: Pryor

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 7:00pm to 7:15am

Rate: $26.69

Performs all duties in an efficient manner to ensure all resins and materials are packaged/produced to meet customer needs. Follows all procedures as applicable. Promotes safety and Total Quality Management. On-the-job training is provided.

Essential Functions

Drive yard tractor.
Spots tankers/scales tankers for loading.
Transfers resin from vessels to tank wagons.
Unloads raw materials for tank wagons into storage vessels.
Makes resin transfers from vessel to vessel.
Fills in for the B or D operator as needed.
Performs duties of other positions when required
Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
Must be able to learn and demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures for hazardous waste accumulation, container labeling and marking, container storage, recycling and waste minimization, and emergency response roles in the facility Contingency Plan.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Punctuality and regularity of attendance are job requirements.

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Strong ability to follow safety regulations, read and understand written instructions.
Ability to pass and wear a respirator mask and hear a variety of warning alarms.
Forklift Certified or must be able to pass forklift training in order to obtain a certification.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds, drive a forklift, climb, and walk.
Previous experience with batch compounding and/or manufacturing background is preferred.
