Full Stack SW Engineer

Engineering Team, reports to Chief Engineer

Junior to Advanced (3-15 years experience)

• Desire to support our mission of “protecting life online” by developing next-generation software and cloud services to address emerging online threats.
• Experience suitable for this role: a full-stack engineer with broad programming experience and a willingness to learn new languages (JavaScript, Java/C++, Python), web services, API integrations, and cloud computing and storage.
• Familiarity with techniques like containerization, native cloud services, open source software, and artificial intelligence. You should be able to work across hardware, OS, and applications to contribute value from day one.
• Understanding of current technologies in security, privacy, and related products.
• Bonus points for: college degrees, compelling life or work experiences, a track record of success, and clear career progression.

• Understand our customers and their businesses, then develop solutions based on our backlog of vetted needs. Refine solutions, improve performance, and collaborate on new features.
• Provide on-site support to key customers, apply our products to solve their problems, and share insights to identify new opportunities.
• Engage in rapid, collaborative development to release products to market.
• Conduct individual R&D to bring new innovations for online protection.
• Serve as a direct customer liaison, providing support, troubleshooting, and understanding customer challenges. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers as we grow.
