The primary responsibilities of the Production Associate will be cleaning and prepping of radiators, oil coolers, and associated parts, assembling and/or building units. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision and cooperate in a team environment. Assists supervisor in identifying maintenance requirements. Performs all work activities in accordance with Health and Safety Program and Quality System.

Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Ability to use air tools, impact, grinder, etc.
• Ability to use basic hand tools, hammer, wrenches, etc.
• Successfully complete training per requirements of company training program.
• Assist other employees in setup and operation functions as needed.
• Identify improvements of methods that will increase quality and profitability.
• Identify maintenance issues as they arise.
• Provide information as requested to other departments to facilitate the completion of work projects.
• Understand and comply with all facets of the Health and Safety Program.
• Understand and comply with all facets of the Attendance and PTO policies.
• Read, understand, and follow routings and work instructions.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Requires the ability to set, adjust and secure tooling using various hand tools and measuring instruments.

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Prior basic tool operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Should have basic math and reading skills.

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the day.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to work with hands‑on tedious operations.
