• Lead international, multi-site ERP/Automation solutions implementation projects
• Actively seeking for ways to utilise automation and AI enabled solutions
• Define and manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, budget, and resources
• Oversee testing, milestones, go-live, and stabilisation (hypercare)
• Establish and run project governance and steering forums
• Drive implementation across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
• Manage implementation partners and vendors
• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and user adoption

• Proven experience in leading international ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment process
• Experience with ERP-driven processes, such planning, production, supply chain, quality, and finance
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in complex, multi-site, multicultural environments
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to occasionally travel globally
