Finish Thompson shippers are responsible for gathering or distributing products or materials within the production area. Shippers operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies. Additionally, they utilize banding, shrink-wrap, and other packaging material shipping equipment in order to ensure that all products are properly prepared for shipment.
Our shippers are responsible for verifying correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, etc.; reporting damaged goods and shortages; and routing goods to the proper department while working with various logistics software programs.
