Position: Parts Coordinator (Storeroom), M-F 6AM-4:30PM
Location: Fort Gibson

Job Summary
:
The Parts Coordinator supports preventive maintenance and parts management for Refresco’s production plant. Reporting to the Department Manager, the incumbent ensures all necessary parts are available, processed, and tracked to keep equipment running efficiently.

Essential Job Functions
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies, GMPs and wear required PPE while in warehouse or production areas (hairnets, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard‑toe and slip‑resistant shoes, gloves, seatbelts when operating forklifts).
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards (e.g., SQF) and report FSMS issues to management for corrective action.
  • Process all incoming parts requisitions in SAP with the Maintenance Manager and Mechanics.
  • Create, monitor, and complete preventive maintenance, repair maintenance, and line change‑over work orders, including part number documentation.
  • Tr v t fetch equipment for repairs, and perform maintenance on production‑supporting equipment such as glycol, RO, compressed air, lubrication, and chemical distribution systems.
  • Communicate status and lead time of parts deliveries to requisitioners and collaborate with the Maintenance Planner on project scheduling.
  • Gather, kit, and set out parts for planned project work, ensuring inventory is maintained at min/max levels.
  • Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and cost across the maintenance organization.
  • Maintain accurate filing and record keeping for all maintenance documents, including PM records.
  • Assist in training other maintenance personnel and work collaboratively with adjacent teams to resolve issues rapidly.
Required Skills
  • Experience in food or beverage manufacturing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and demonstrating initiative.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance procedures.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Business Administration or related degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance parts‑room experience (preferred).
Working Conditions
  • Work schedule:

    weekdays, weekends, afternoons, evenings, nights, and holidays; overtime scheduled as needed.
  • Fast‑paced plant environment with numerous moving parts; noise levels require hearing protection; temperatures can vary significantly.
Travel Requirements
  • Minimal travel for training; otherwise none.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs (minimum 5 lbs).
  • Carry, lift, and move materials.
  • Walk and, when required, drive equipment.
