ERP Bills of Materials Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of Bills of Material (BOM) and Bills of Lading (BOL) into our ERP system (Made-2-Manage). This role involves close collaboration with the production and purchasing departments to ensure seamless operations and technical clarity.

• Accurately enter and maintain Bills of Material in the Made-2-Manage ERP system.
• Ensure all Bills of Lading are correctly prepared and entered into the ERP system.
• Work closely with the production team to prepare tools and production stations.
• Provide ongoing support to the production department to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the purchasing department with technical clarifications and ensure all materials are correctly specified and ordered.
• Travel required up to 10% of time.

• Previous experience with ERP systems, preferably Made-2-Manage, and familiarity with BOM and BOL processes.
• Personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc. Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• 2 years or more experience in ERP systems and BOM creation.
• Professional certification related to ERP systems or supply chain management is preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
