Take the unique opportunity to actively accompany the setup, commissioning, and ramp-up of a new production facility for the high-voltage battery from the very beginning. Support our production team in the area of start-up management and production technology and gain exciting insights into the construction of a modern battery assembly – from the establishment of the production line to the commissioning of the plants and the stabilization of the series production.

This phase offers the rare opportunity to witness the creation of a new series production from the very beginning and actively shape it.

Our department includes various assembly areas along modern drive technologies – from gearbox assembly in Hedelfingen to eATS assembly in Untertürkheim and battery production in Hedelfingen and Brühl. Together we shape the production of drive systems of today and tomorrow. The following challenges await you, among others:

• Accompanying the setup, commissioning, and production ramp-up of a new production facility
• Supporting machine and process acceptances
• Participating in the planning, coordination, and implementation of start-up activities
• Planning and setting up analysis and optimization tools
• Testing and supporting production processes
• Analyzing production, quality, and process metrics
• Independently working on sub-projects in the area of start-up management and production technology
• Close cooperation with internal departments, system suppliers, and other interfaces
• Site-wide cooperation with various departments

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, business engineering, automation technology, production technology, electrical engineering or a comparable course
• Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Commitment

• Analytical mindset and strategic working method
• Technical vocational training and driver’s license class B desirable
