Location: Stilwell
Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities:
Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to safely clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facility to remove soil and contaminants per procedures;
Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment;
Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed;
Follow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line;
Use and document chemical concentrations and applications to ensure proper sanitation and pass all micro indicator tests
