The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to blueprints, work orders, and customer specifications. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to read measuring tools, and a commitment to producing quality parts in a safe manufacturing environment.

-Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake machines.

-Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.

-Select the correct tooling and dies for each production run.

-Measure and inspect finished parts using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, squares, and other precision measuring tools.

-Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

-Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.

-Load, unload, and position metal materials safely.

-Maintain production records and complete required documentation.

-Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean.

-Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

-Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

-Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
