Location: Marland
LSI Staffing in Ponca City, OK is seeking a permanent, full-time metal fabrication helper for first shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday). This temp-to-hire role involves assembling metal components and reading blueprints.
You will bend, fold, roll, and shear metal per specifications, maintain safety and quality standards, and may need to provide your own tools after hire. Starting wage is $15–$16 per hour, with pay increases over time.
