Production Operator Technician - 2nd Shift

Production Operator Technician

Pay: $26/hour includes Shift Differential $2/hour

Schedule:

12 hour shifts on a 4/3 rotation Nights

Hours:

6pm-6:30am

Production Operator is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and labeling, with a focus on safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Previous batch-making or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Understanding and operating automated systems and processes is preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings/blueprints, and familiarity with measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers)
• Meet production goals with little supervision
• Produce quality product that meets customer specifications
• Maintain accurate production logs
• Ability to follow given instructions and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work alone or as a team member
• Willingly accepts and performs special assignments
• Accepts and performs other duties as assigned by Production Supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Proficient with Microsoft or ERP Systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Capable of standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience is a MUST
