We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Fabrication Welder to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate, assemble, and weld components used in agricultural equipment and structures. The ideal candidate has experience with MIG welding, works safely in a fast-paced industrial environment, and is proficient in using a jig for accurate assembly.

If you do not have experience, that is OK, we will provide training!

• Perform welding and fabrication on agricultural equipment and metal structures.
• Use jigs to ensure precise assembly and alignment of components.
• Operate MIG welding equipment safely and maintain welding tools.
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components to specifications.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
• Performs other general labor duties as assigned

• Proven welding experience in fabrication, preferably in agricultural or industrial settings or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work with various metals using MIG welding.
• Proficient in using jigs for fabrication and assembly.
• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 75 pounds safely.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Shop environment; not climate controlled.
• Requires standing for long periods and performing physically demanding tasks.

• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
