M-F: 5pm - 3:30am + mandatory Saturday: 3pm-11:30pm
POSITION SUMMARYThis role is responsible for overseeing operations within a designated manufacturing zone, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to drive performance and continuous improvement across the assigned area.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES- Manage daily operations within a specific production area, ensuring output meets quality and efficiency goals.
- Lead and supervise area personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Monitor production metrics such as throughput, downtime, and defect rates; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, logistics) to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the area.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Report area performance to senior production leadership and contribute to broader operational planning.
- All other duties assigned.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, BOMs, and instructions
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of quality control, safety standards, and lean methodologies.
- Must be able to maintain a safe working environment
- Ability to trouble shoot and solve problems as they arise
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
