We are seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and efficiently.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery according to company procedures.
• Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Load raw materials and components into machinery.
• Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Perform measurements using basic tools such as tape measures, calipers, or gauges.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Identify machine issues and report problems to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment and work areas clean.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a safe, productive, and efficient manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate production equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
