- 2–5 years’ experience in event management, sponsorship sales, or communications
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or Business Management
- Media or journalism background is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to attract sponsors and manage large-scale events
- Confident networker with strong stakeholder engagement skills
