We’re seeking freelance Product Marketing consultants to join our talent collective and support a range of high-growth clients. This role is ideal for marketers who thrive at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales—bringing clarity to positioning, driving go-to-market strategy, and enabling teams to successfully launch and scale products.
Projects vary widely depending on client needs and may include early-stage product launches, refining messaging for mature offerings, or building scalable systems for ongoing growth. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Lead or support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product and feature launches
- Partner with product, growth, and sales teams to align on strategy and priorities
- Create compelling marketing assets such as landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies
- Build and execute sales enablement materials to support revenue teams
- Plan and support webinars, product launches, and other demand generation initiatives
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, and overall product-market fit
- Strong foundation in product marketing across B2B, B2C, or both
- Experience owning or contributing to GTM strategy and execution
- Ability to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders
- Experience with one or more areas such as sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, webinars/events, or content strategy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to inform decisions
- Adaptability and comfort working across different industries, products, and team structures
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working with early-stage startups or high-growth tech companies
- Familiarity with PLG (product-led growth) or sales-led motions
- Experience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on execution
