About You

• Excellent people and communication skills (in‑person, email, and virtual meetings…)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross‑functional teams
• Exceptional client management skills
• Comfort working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
• Ability to think critically and strategically, bringing innovative client solutions to the table
• Experience working within the Google Business Workspace
• Basic Adobe Creative Suite skills are an asset

• Work as a primary liaison between Xactly and some of our clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Monitor ongoing activities related to clients on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Weekly manage client meetings and lead presentations.
• Manage, review, and guide creative projects for client accounts with a primary focus on marketing strategy.
• Establish connections with new clients and nurture relationships with existing ones.
• Continuously assess client needs and present new opportunities as they arise.
• Oversee advertising campaigns.
• Contribute to business growth by collaborating on proposals and pitches for current and new clients.

• A positive and solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on marketing and client strategy experience.
• Post‑secondary education or relevant industry experience delivering innovative and effective marketing solutions.
• Agency experience is an asset.
• A portfolio of past client relationships you are comfortable sharing with us.
• Confidence and comfort in your own skin, whether you’re presenting, nurturing client relationships, or getting to know your team.
