Overview
We’re looking for an experienced solutions-oriented professional to manage and execute high-touch, executive-level sponsorship programs. The position is dedicated to our contract with Meta’s Global Enterprise Marketing Programs Team for a 12-month term.
This role will focus on operational excellence, program management, and communications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives across regions. The ideal candidate possesses a proven background in global program management, stakeholder engagement, and communications, and thrives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Global Marketing Operations- Optimize processes, workflows, and tools for efficient execution of global marketing programs and campaigns
- Manage program budgets, vendor coordination, invoicing, and activity reporting for enterprise marketing initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and process documentation
- Ensure program deliverables and milestones are tracked and reported across global teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Sales, Brand, Design, Analytics, etc.) to drive alignment and impact
- Lead work streams tied to reporting and data management on CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of program metrics and client interactions.
- Day-to-day ownership of the an executive program in partnership with program lead
- Lead and support end-to-end execution of global programs, from strategy development to post-launch review
- Drive progress against milestones and partner with program leads to manage timelines, milestones, and mitigate risks
- Maintain alignment with business objectives, brand guidelines, and global compliance standards
- Support the development and delivery of internal and external communications for global programs
- Prepare executive summaries, briefs, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders
- Facilitate messaging consistency across regions, and support localization of materials as needed
- Assist with content development for emails, updates, and training materials
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, events, or communications—preferably within B2B, technology, or enterprise environments
- Experience supporting executive-level or high-touch enterprise programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-facing communications
- Excellent organizational, project management and problem solving skills
- Experience and comfortable partnering cross-functionally in a globally remote environment
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Base annual compensation: $170-180k, 12-month term to start
Benefits package- Health, dental and vision insurance plan options effective upon eligibility:
We cover 100% of base health insurance premium for employees and 50% for spouse/dependents - $100/month contribution to a Health Savings Account ("HSA") with eligible insurance plans
