Chargé De Communication
The commune of Chavanod, located near Annecy and with over 3,000 inhabitants, is recruiting a communication officer to support the development of its institutional communication and the promotion of its actions among residents. The recruitment is primarily considered for a part-time position (50%). However, the commune will also consider applications from students in alternating internships preparing for higher education in communication, graphic design, territorial marketing, or public communication.
Digital communication:
- Animation of the commune's social media networks;
- Writing and publishing digital content;
- Creation and adaptation of visuals;
- Development and monitoring of an editorial calendar;
- Promotion of the commune's events, projects, and achievements.
Commune website:
- Regular updating of the commune website;
- Publishing municipal news;
- Updating practical information;
- Improving the quality and readability of content.
Communication materials:
- Creation of posters, flyers, invitations, and institutional materials;
- Production of visuals for social media and light panels;
- Participation in the commune's communication campaigns;
- Design of documents for residents, associations, and partners.
Municipal bulletin:
- Preparation and coordination of the municipal bulletin;
- Collection of information from elected officials, services, and associations;
- Writing or rewriting content;
- Layout and follow-up with service providers.
Event communication and local life:
- Promotion of communal cultural and associative events;
- Participation in the preparation of municipal events;
- Production of simple photographic reports;
- Creation and management of a communal photo library.
Follow-up and organization:
- Handling communication requests from services;
- Archiving and sorting of productions;
- Monitoring of communication practices and tools of territorial authorities.
Work time: 50%;
