Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team on annual giving activities, including direct mail, digital fundraising, newsletters, and donor acquisition campaigns
Grow Outreach Angels, our monthly giving program, by designing donor journeys that inspire long-term commitments
Conduct donor research and surveys to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and partnerships
Craft personalized donor communications to highlight impact and strengthen connections
Use our CRM (Bloomerang) to manage donor data, track interactions, and monitor results
Qualifications:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Attention to detail and a donor-first mindset
Comfortable making phone calls, sending emails, and using mail-based stewardship to connect directly with donors
Prior fundraising, stewardship, or CRM experience (preferred but not required)
Alignment with Nevus Outreach’s mission
Time Commitment & Compensation:Part-time, 15–20 hours per week
Remote-first position; availability required during Eastern/Central Standard Time working hours
This is an entry-level role and will be paid as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
